hiya im Nina, im the troupe chairwoman. Im involved with the day to day running of the troupe as well as training. Ive been involved within the troupe for 17 ish years when my eldest faye joined the troupe. i started out as just a mum supporting her kids and through helping do hairs and volunteering my time i got asked to be on committee when other members stood down!
I currently train the baby pom, baby baton and dinkie pom sections🥰 Im also actively involved with all sections and help when needed. I absolutely love training the girls and enjoy watching them perform, im immensely proud of every single girl in the troupe. im known within the troupe for being strict but thats because i love all the girls and want the very best for them. i want to see them succeed in the new tricks they have learned or getting that 1st place.
outside of majorettes im a mum to my 3 girls, who have all danced within the troupe, 2 still currently dancing. youngest took up boxing 🤣 im also married to a long suffering majorette husband who is left at home many night and weekends while were all out training or comps.
I also run my own beauty business doing lashes nails and everything beauty related. im usually running about looking frazzled and always stressed but i wouldnt have it any other way love my majorette family ❤️
